To stop to, to wait
To take some time, for myself to contemplate
The end of the day, the light shining lines
Into the room, heavens' bright light shining through
Into the room, by way of the window
Into my soul, by way of God's fine grace
Take a second to pray, take a second to Thank
The light and the love, the warm shades of light
The day rises, the day fades
Opens your eyes, if you look
Shows you kindness, and answers, in unexpected ways
Answers your questions, if you open your heart
If you mean what you say, if you take a moment
To think, to thank
Wake with the Sun, take second to think
What's been taught, what we know
From a Mother, from a Father
A moment, things go wrong
Make it right with US, who we are
United Humanity stands, under one Sun
Human race, as fragile as time
We have right now, we have today
Let's face the sun, Let's pray
To that light, to that Love from above
