I am realizing things-things being my own awareness of who I am
Who others am.
What I can and cannot control
Myself and others
Namely
What they think
What they feel
What they do
Why they do it
A lot of it is speculation, on my part
On their part
To sit there, here, in my mind and focus on these things for any length of time is completely fruitless. will produce bad fruit
Rotten fruit will Rot the whole bunch

Some people are born bad...bad seeds...I don't believe this. I think people influence people without even knowing or trying. Parents do it to there kids. Stuff happens in a persons life that makes them who they are.Circumstances beyond their control. A small act can influence the rest of a persons way of thinking for the rest of their life. There is no way of knowing how a person will walk away from a situation and the way they are going to think about it or handle it, possibly affecting who they are as a person. Everyone- could think back on their life, probably name an event that scared(scarred) them/excited them/made them happier than they could ever remember being and be able to say,"this is how ___________ situation made me feel"
We have NO CONTROL over these instances. They are a result of other people's actions. Imperfect Humans. We only have control over our own actions, and then only to an extent, assuming that we have perfect control over our emotions at all times and are willing to hold them in check. Also known as buddah, or a serial killer psychopath.
These moments happen every second of our life. We can opt to do whatever we want with each day. Each hour and each minute. What we make of our days is exactly what we choose to make it.
We can hold grudges, be angry, be bitter, be sad, be manipulative, be caring, be honest, be a liar, hate, love, laugh, feel sorry for yourself, for other people, blame others, take responsibility, be stuck in a rut, get out of it, set goals, sit back- relax and do nothing, take care of our health or not. Whatever.WE want to do, it will have an effect on LIFE.
